Introducing Shortcuts and Siri Support in Teleprompter Pro
Teleprompter Pro now supports Shortcuts on iOS and Mac, as well as new interactions with Siri.

Teleprompter Pro now supports Apple’s App Intents framework, bringing deep integration with Shortcuts, Siri, and Spotlight on iOS, iPadOS, and macOS.
With this update, you can now create and open scripts in Teleprompter Pro using the Shortcuts app, or simply by asking Siri.
Script Actions in Shortcuts
Two new actions are available via the Shortcuts app:
- Create Script – Instantly create a new, blank script.
- Open Script – Open any of your saved scripts by name.
These actions can be combined with other apps or actions in your Shortcut workflows, allowing for powerful automations such as preparing your recording setup, turning on Do Not Disturb, and launching a script all in one tap or Siri command.
Siri + Spotlight Support
Thanks to App Intents, Siri now understands commands like:
- “Create a new script in Teleprompter Pro"
- "Open my weekly update script in Teleprompter Pro”
You can also find and open scripts directly from Spotlight search on your device.
