Teleprompter Pro now includes Virtual Backgrounds, a feature that lets you replace your background during video recordings — no green screen required.
The new Virtual Backgrounds feature uses Apple’s powerful Vision Framework to separate you from your background. When enabled, you can choose from a selection of built-in background images. Pro users can also upload custom background images. This helps create a cleaner, more consistent look for your videos while you read your script in Teleprompter Pro, especially if you’re recording in a shared or informal space. Additional Video Effects
This update also adds support for two Apple video effects, available on compatible devices:
- Portrait Mode: Creates a depth-of-field effect by keeping you in sharp focus while softly blurring the background. This helps draw attention to your presentation and reduces visual distractions.
- Studio Light: Automatically dims your background while brightening your face, simulating professional lighting conditions without the need for extra equipment.
